Impressions of a Ferrari 250GTO

I am currently using a Lincoln Town Car and a Lexus IS-F. My next Ferrari is being contemplated...

How do you look at new Ferrari's after driving a car like the GTO? What are your thought's on the 599 and 288 GTO?

When they were new, I remember seeing a 288GTO parked in a Beverly Hills alley. As I walked near it, the driver lit the engine and accelerated away. It looked and sounded great! More recently, I sat in and revved the engine of a 599GTB and now want to drive one. Would I like to relive the Mulholland experience in a 599GTO along with Peter Helm? You know I would!

After riding along with my uncle in his 599 GTO on mullholland I can vouch that if you ever get the chance it is an absolutely breath taking experience.
If you are ever going to be cruising the canyons along Kanan please drop a PM, I would enjoy meeting you and maybe hearing another story or two, maybe I can convince my uncle to bring the GTO

Steve mcQueen story FTW. Two of the most epic cars of all time, but the best part is that both drivers were crazy car nuts and staring at the other car! You sir have epic experiences! Sadly with cars like ferraris becoming higher volume, and ownership going to people who are far less car nuts- I foresee exchanges like this becoming rarer.

A mutual moment of humility for two drivers on the road in what would end up being two of the greatest cars ever made. If that doesn't make the hairs on the back of your neck stand up you aren't in the right place.
