Helt otroligt.. man blir mörkrädd. Tror dock det finns VÄLDIGT många sånna i us..

Förövrigt har jag varit ute på årets första tränings/cykelpass. Jag trodde jag skulle avlida. fy satan vad jobbigt. alltså det är inte kul när man blir så inåthelvete slut! Men man måste ju plåga sig för att få upp nån form av grundkondis, tyvärr.

Hur går det med din träning jox? har du blivit biff än?
