Du borde testa Strebban. Framför allt under dippen vid 14-15 tiden efter lunchen är det grymt om man vill komma igång lite. Höll på att somna mitt i läsningen av nya cookie-lagen innan jag satte på värsta Beethoven symfonin. Nu känner jag typ för att dra hem och springa 7 km direkt efter jobbet. Sen en enorm pasta bolognese på det - Win!

Haha. Jag har inga problem med det där. Cyklar 1mil om dagen (till/från jobbet) samt cyklar alltid förbi gymmet(45min-1h) på vägen hem. Så när jag kommit hem, duschat och lagat min mat är jag trött nog för att slockna vid 21-tiden

Ja vad ska man säga, du verkar leva ett aktivt liv Strebban. Efter studietiden ska jag fan skärpa mig och också få in dagliga träningsrutiner. Då kanske jag får likadana underarmar som du.

Jepp, har haft insomnia till och från så länge jag kan minnas. Det enda som funkar är att gå upp kl 04.00 och tokspringa i en timme, då kan jag slockna kl 21. Men orka.

Shit, låter sjukt jobbigt. Går det att få hjälp med sånt, typ nån slags sovterapi? Eller sömnpiller?

Nope. Sömnpiller är rätt farligt också. Men jag ska inte klaga, min partner har inte sovit sedan 1986. Han har bara slumrat någon timme varje natt sedan dess, varit inlagd på sömnkliniken och hela skiten. Så jag har det rätt bra ändå

Jag måste tränar/röra på mig dagligen annars har jag otroligt svårt att slockna innan 01.00. Såvida jag inte är fantastiskt bakfull då, för då slocknar jag direkt när jag lägger mig i sängen.
