2015 Ferrari F-12 Berlinetta Correction Detail
New Ferrari F-12 Berlinetta which resides at the top of the Ferrari product line sans the La Ferrari, longtime client picked the car up out of state and the vehicle was shipped to the Bay Area with a appointment then set.
When the car was brought in I knew right away it was going to be a corrective detail over a new car prep(As are all Ferrari's until the paint issues are dealt with). Usual wash/decon step performed, then it was time to correct the following defects in the finish.
Rear shelf, deep sanding scratches.
Working out those defects.
Drivers side of the rear bumper before.
During the correction of the same area.
Front bumper.
Clearing up the sand scratches and marring.
Grateful for the help again from Daniel of Car Connoisseur.
Marring on the mirror.
Compounding stage.
We were in good shape with the film build of the paint....................
More sanding pigtails(Surprised not).
Defects removed.
Yes more.................................
After correction.
Combo of sanding scratches and deep wool pad holograms.
Daniel working the hood indent area.
Rear bumper showing some clarity now.
Starting to come together.......................what a gorgeous vehicle.
Removing defects from the roof.
Compound/ and or leftover wax.
Removed.
Engine bay cleaning duties performed by Daniel.
12 Cylinder tightness.
Beautiful interior.
One of the more attractive OE wheels Ferrari has utilized, knowing the owner though these will be replaced with HRE's or something nice no doubt.
Next job waiting it's turn.
