Swissvax'ed: Alpine White BMW E92 335i with Glacier
Last time i detailed this car was about two years ago, and since then it had not been clayed, waxed, or had any sort of detailing other than washing sparingly; so you can just imagine how contaminated, dirty, and oxidized this car was. On the clay step alone i went through 2 entire Swissvax Paint Rubber bars!
The car needed some serious reviving, however the owner was on a budget. We decided that the best option would be a single stage polish with Swissvax Cleaner Fluid Pro and followed up with Swissvax Glacier wax. Also the rubber seals needed a lot of moisture, so i applied Swissvax Seal Feed to all of them.
This job took about 16 or so hours.
Products Used:

-Swissvax Car Bath

-Swissvax Paint Rubber (yellow)
-Swissvax Cleaner Fluid Pro / White Swissvax Fine Pad
-Swissvax Glacier wax for White Paint

And the pictures...........
Notice how there's barely any reflections coming off the sides of the car.

A glimpse of what i had to deal with...

the side markers were very faded and dull

the Vinyl roof was heavily contaminated!

The interior was equally as dirty...

The Engine bay needed some help after the car being at the bodyshop with the hood off for a few weeks.

oops... the bodyshop forgot to wipe off the compound used after painting!

The wheels were extremely dirty. The inside of the wheels took about 4 cleanings with SONAX Full Effect for the inner parts of the wheel to come out remotely clean.

Sonax in action

1Z w99 on the tires!

3rd cleaning with SONAX

The car was extremely contaminated... i used an entire 2 bars of Swissvax Paint Rubber on this car.

Look at the contamination on the bumper before i clayed it!

The Rubber Seals were cracking badly. i applied a couple applications of Swissvax Seal Feed to prevent it from getting any worse...

Here's a 50/50 on the trunk. the left side has not been polished yet. notice the difference in color between both sides.

The clear coat on this rear quarter panel, which had been repainted, was yellowing very badly.

I decided to cut down the clear coat to get as much yellow out as possible

I also polished the vinyl roof, and the pad looked like this after...

and to finish the vinyl roof after polishing

Quarter panel is polished, door is not

and onto the final step!
