Thanks everyone. In & Out dries to a matte finish. If you do accidental spray to much in one area, you can just wipe it dry. Awesome stuff!

Yep, like Mario stated it leaves a non-greasy/non-slippery finish on vinyl, rubber, or plastic.... I use it to dress mats like that all the time and it just leaves them looking nice and even, not greasy.
