If you tape off the windows and the paint and carefully sand them down till there smooth your can get black vinyl over them. I saw it done on BimmerPost.com

Yeah I saw that on bimmerforums, it's just vinyl tape basically though... I don't know if it will last under Texas sun.

I had flat black vinyl on my GTI and it did fine in South Florida. If you go in that direction make sure you get top of the line stuff
