Wash microfiber towels on warm setting in the washer. Use a dedicated microfiber detergent or a liquid detergent; no powders. You can add half to one cup of vinegar to the load, depending on size of load, to further clean the fibers. No bleach, fabric softners, etc.

When drying, keep on a low setting. Heating the microfiber too much will cause the fibers to melt a bit and will shorten the life of the towel. It will also make a mess when trying to use the towels too. You'll get haze, lint, streaks, etc. Hope this helps.

I'm assuming you're in Celsius, therefor, 40 should be sufficient.
