if 30k would be the budget, then just go for a 65 fast back 1965 Ford Mustang Fastback For Sale - Classic Car Liquidators - Classic Car Liquidators and try finding a kit for it. I know it isn't a 67 but it would be the next best thing for a 30k budget. but hell for a 65 fast back for that price, it still looks beautiful.

I myself am looking for an Eleanor, but maybe I should have thought about that more seriously before having five kids! You know the engineering maxim: cheap, quick, or quality - you can only have two. For example, I found this one for sale near me: 1967 Ford Mustang | Art & Speed - it's not cheap, but you can have it right now! I've been to their showroom, and it's full of awesome cars - gave me an ear to ear grin.
