A unique opportunity to acquire a superb long term ownership GTO. This car has had the same owner for 31 years. It is a numbers matching car, with the original 389 and four speed, Pontiac Mag Wheels, Red Line Tires, Close Ratio Shifter and Power Steering.

This GTO was sold new in Wilmington Delaware and lived there with its 3 owners. It has recently benefitted from a full engine rebuild including balancing and blue printing, new brakes, new clutch, new gears for the transmission, suspension re-bushed and rebuilt, as well as a complete service of the cooling system. All of this has been done within the last 1,000 miles.

This GTO was originally delivered in Creme with Black interior, and was color changed to Black early in its life. The previous owner also states that he believes it was converted to tri-power carburetion at the dealer when new, as was done often in those years, although the PHS documentation shows this car as being delivered as a 4 bbl.

This GTO is ready to drive anywhere and be enjoyed. Never rusted and never hit, still with original undercoating as were all cars built at the Baltimore Plant. The car also comes with original protecto plate and all manuals.
