BTW when you say first gen - the refresh is still a first gen model right - just a light redesign? When I looked at the pics, the interior seemed to be identical to the current Panamera.
It's not an all new car like the second gen Cayenne is a completely different shape and interior design.

I would say this is a .2 I remember when the 997TT went from .1 to .2 the change was more HP (which in the Panny went from 500 to 520) and the LED lights (same thing here in the Panny)
Even though they do not call it .2 yet, I bet people will refer to the new refresh as that.
Your best bet is even below invoice, as I bet they are getting rebates for the cars on the lot.
