Panamera Turbo Winter Wheel Options

Just bought a 2010 Panamera Turbo. It comes with 21" HRE P40's. I am looking for a winter set, and another "factory" set. Those that have run in the winter snow conditions with sand and gravel and deicer fluid that gets dumped on the roads, what do you recommend?

Cheapest of course would be a 19" set with Sotto Zero tires, but of course I would never want to run them on the car in the summer, as I don't care for the looks.

Next would be the RS Spyder 20" with Sotto Zero tires.

Highest priced option would be Turbo II's with Sotto Zero tires.

Car is white, and I think the Turbo II's look the best on a white car, but just curious how the factory wheels hold up in the Winter. Doesn't make any sense to spend that kind of money, and have the wheels looks like crap after the winter season.

Advice appreciated

Anyone drive their Panamera in the above mentioned conditions with any of the above mentioned factory wheels?
