Do you guys actually have information?
For instance, do you know if the 14 speakers holes in the Bose fit the Burmester speakers (they do).
Do you know that the hookups are the same?
Do you have any specifics, or are you just guessing?

I'm no expert, but the Burmester set has 16 speakers on a 700W system vs the 14 speaker Bose system running 500W. You'll need to cut some holes or something and change the internal wiring in order to try to get the same effect in your P-car.

Ouch. How about changing the bose out for some higher end aftermarket brand that fits the holes. Some with high dB rating, maybe infinity, or high end sony. That way you can choose what fits, rather than trying to accommodate what you get.
