Panamera V6 with sports chrono plus?

Anyone have or driven a V6 with the sports chrono plus? I would think this would make the V6 pretty fun and a little more sporty or peppy off the line?

How do you want to drive the car?

-Driven plenty working in sales since they came out. You do get launch control ........Since I usually don't enjoy high rev driving ( shifts at redline usually and stays up there all the time) I find sport plus mode little much for most driving situations IMHO.
I know it is necessary in a sports car from Porsche, not sure any of my clients with- ever use if they have in a PAN 4. If they have a S they don't need (unless they want to launch)...something about driving in that Big car around at 4-5k plus on the tach- feeling like it should up shift doesn't work for many. That PDK is so good it's in a great gear usually in Sport and feels like it should.
Spend the money on the Burmester?

Oooohhhhh yes!!!!! The sports plus mode is heaven went driven on straight freeway or twisty road... It just brings out the true character of the car...the gear sift are lightning fast , the suspension is stiifen and lowered if u hv air suspension. Makes it to a completely different car and driving experience.
So much FUN and a must have IMHO.

I agree. It does work quite well with chrono plus but you can find a pretty satisfying drive without it too. Try to really push it with both, then ask yourself how often you'll need to feel the difference. I would probably use the Burmester more often.
