Qatar | Cayenne & Panamera police cars
It's all in the title.

This YouTube video shows a fleet of Cayennes and Panameras being used as police cars and vehicles for the Qatar Armed Forces. Obnoxious red color aside, this is one mean fleet.

Being a major shareholder in Porsche certainly has its benefits...

I think those are security detail for their ruler. I'm pretty sure his security detail is made up of red cars

If my eyes are seeing it correctly, the Panny's look like turbo's. I am basing that on where the front led lights are placed.
