Keyless Go - Cell phone intereference?

Fellow Teamspeeders,

Anyone have any issues with their keyless go in their 2011 cayenne?

I find that if I have my key in the same pocket as my iphone - the doors wont lock/unlock automatically. I physically need to move the key from being placed near the phone.

I've have MB's and Audi's also with keyless go and never had this issue?

Any insight here? Thanks!

Dear Porsche -

With all that engineering in my Cayenne Turbo - everything is perfect. Thank you. I do have one gripe - I constantly need to have the key in my hand to ensure that the remote signal will work to enter and lock my car. Its a real pain. Please address and send me some revised key fobs please. Thank you.

Your loyal customer,

asg

Porsche apparently subs-out the locking/lock system. I think its shyte. Yet MB and BMW's are flawless (virtually).

jalal is an unknown quantity at this point
I have issues with the key as well. Be it in the same pocket with a BlackBerry or an iPhone. I also faced this issue by having 2 different sets of Cayenne keys on me.

Have never been a fan of Keyless entry. Valets get confused, I misplace my key, etc.
