It's a Porsche-designed V6 this time instead of borrowing a VR6 from VW or a 3.0 from Audi. The latest reviews say it's great for a cruiser, but not quite quick enough to be a sports car like the V8 models.

I have heard people say that the Panamera 4 lacks the Power to be considered a Porsche
Hickups when trying to get away fast and stuff like that...
dunno...maybe more of a cruiser,DD, limousine for the city as Chris correctly said
but trading in a Z4 M for a Panamera 4? Does not make sense to me...

My only idea for the Pana4 is that you build some sort of contraption to disguise the rear so you never have to look at it. Either that, or just avert your eyes.
If you want it to feel faster, just make "vroom, vroom" sounds while driving it. That ought to do the trick.
In all seriousness, the Panamera has a great chassis regardless of the engine. Seems odd to trade in a Z4M on one but if you don't drive the BMW anymore and are in need of a sedan, I'd say go for it.

Oh the Panamera is a sweet ride, but I wouldn't get a V6 one for the same price as a new Cayenne GTS. If I had to pick any of either range, it'd be a Panamera Turbo, no question. Like I said when it came out, I'm guessing most of the haters haven't driven it yet...
