Don't worry to much about what people think. Just hear them out. If you listen to what others think you wouldn't make any progress, as people generally don't like change. lol Look at Porsche they built a SUV and Sedan. You really think they cared what the Porsche guys thought about it? They said screw it, they care more about being successful than making a handful of people happy. You can't do what people want all the time.
