I had to deal with the same problem with a local Porsche dealership. Car I ordered ending up about 4 months late so I ended up buying a launch car because I got tired of waiting. They would give me the run around because it seemed they didn't know anything that was going on.

this doesn't make sense to me...I've ordered cars and they would send me the spec sheet and I would sign it and fax it back to them...only been asked to do a deposit once...they would also call me and give me a status on how the car is doing in production/expected delivery...just doesn't add up

My car was a Nov. order and we were told by the dealer to expect it by New Year's. I took delivery 2 weeks ago. There have been delays with all ordered cars, as far as I know. It's my understanding the ones that got the free luggage were the orders that were placed before the official launch, which would have been prior to Oct.

We had to extend the lease on our vehicle while waiting. While a bit of a hassle (don't even get me started on the trade in procedure) the payment was lower so we really couldn't complain.

They should be able to at least tell you if it's in production. If it has been built, they will know that, too. Then it's just a matter of waiting for a boat. 28 days on the water, and you should have it in under 2 weeks at that point.

PS..it's worth the wait.

100% sounds like they forgot. Pretty bad customer service, regardless.

Or get your deposit back and order one from me and I'll take very good care of you.

I'd make a personal visit to the general sales manager of the dealer. You're getting dicked around one way or the other.

Best of luck, although I don't see why an extra month on the CTTS is an issue (besides the principle of it) since you obviously have the cash for a PanaTT.
