General publics opinion on panamera

I was driving by the local Porsche dealer just the other day. BIG LETTER banner...$5000 off any Panamera plus 0% financing up to 60 months. You'd think they were selling KIAs.
So I stopped in. They had 12 in stock and the Salesman told me they are simply not moving. He predicts if things don't turn around soon VW/Porsche may discontinue the car altogether. He's been at the dealership 10 years and has never seen such a poor launch of a Porsche like the Panamera. BTW...it's the Largest Porsche dealership in Northern California. Plenty of money up here compared to most areas of the country. So the facts don't lie. For me personally I have never liked the look but to each his own. If you bought it enjoy it. Who cares what anyone else thinks.

Gee, I have an idea. Why don't they hire REAL sales people and fire the 'order takers' that enjoyed the last 6 years.

I am glad the Panamera has fans because it is a fantastic sedan, and a Porsche. But with any car it will also have its detractors. It shouldn't really bother any owner really, because if you love the cars looks, then the car is right for you.
Hell I think the Aztek is worst looking thing with 4 wheels ever created, but there is even a fan club for that beast:

pathetic that you need to start a thread telling us that your car looks good...which can only mean that you are truly uncomfortable about how it looks deep down inside...within the depths of your soul, you actually look at the car, particularly from the side profile and think that you have purchased an ugly ass vehicle...but you suppress this truth and start a thread to combat your inner demons...

Alot of people have said things and not just random people. I am not trying to persuade anyone but you must fall into one category, people who think porsche should only be a little sports car and have only seen pictures. I was trying to say people who are not porsche or car fanatics love this car. so if you hate this car so much get off the panamera forum you morons, lol.
