Should I care about the parkassist? Otherwise, wouldn't be able to let my wife drive - her Q7 camera has totally spoiled her.

GTS is a better car than the Turbo. Trust me, I drove both thoroughly prior to getting my blk/blk w/21 sport plus wheels. I love it. I don't have park assist, but believe it or not my grandma has one with the feature and in that case its needed.

Cool grandma - leaning towards the GTS.

Thoughts on full leather and the panoramic roof?

They both have leather dash and doors, although the GTS has sport seats and alcantara inlaid into parts of the leather.

I'm not too concerned about the pano roof but I'm wondering if I decide to buy out after the 3-year lease (the rates right now are so good I could see that making sense after the lease), if the Turbo might be the better long term car. The payments are $350 more per month but the residual is only $5k more (47k vs. $42k). But I would have to get new wheels for the Turbo and perhaps the wheel arches, which would be more money....

GTS - it's also Porsche's most popular Cayenne. Lease, that way resale isn't your problem. GTS sounds more aggressive under acceleration than Turbo IMO as well.

What if I decide to buy it for the long term? Still the GTS?

Mine has leather and I was never a fan of the pano roof...not on my Mercs or the Cayenne...I would never use it...even with a moonroof, the most I do is set it to "tilt".

I have a CTT but still vote for GTS here as I think it is a better value and fast enough for most people.

However I disagree with the above comment of GTS being a better car than a Turbo. Turbo has everything that a GTS has and almost 100 more horsepower. Any Turbo owners can easily afford 21 or 22" wheels, as are the side skirts and exhaust, and these things don't contribute to a better car anyway. There is nothing that a GTS can do to make up for the hp difference.

The GTS is a better value, thats for sure. But no way a better car.
