Ferrari 453 V1/Blinder Integration

Thought I would post up a few pics of a V1/Blinder integration we recently completed for a Ferrari 458. Since the OEM mirror cannot be etched without losing the auto-dimming functionality, we decided to fabricate a stand alone pod, featuring our signature Ai V1 display. Both the V1 and Blinder controls were located into the OEM Mirror housing as per the customers wishes, however location is usually flexible.

Some key differences between our display and other displays include:

- Etching of the individual band indicator labels (K, Ka, X)
- Re-design of the signal strength meter, which was shrunken and re-configured into one continuous display.
- Re-design of the bogey counter and locator arrows, which were both shrunken allowing for a more efficient use of space.

Where did you re-locate the V1 detector? Nice work!
