Another Croc gets Shark-Werked into an RS350 & HRE Wheels
This arctic silver 07 Cayman S came into us bone stock for a full-course of the SharkWerks RS350 kit, including the EVOMSit software, IPD Competition Plenum & Remus Exhaust. For the second course we also installed our Light Weight flywheel conversion along with a set of Bilstein PSS9s and a set of HRE Monoblok P40 wheels.

Here's the factory exhaust from underneath before being removed:

The sub frame is out next in preparation for the transmission removal:
Here's the stock dual mass flywheel (weighing in at 29 pounds):
Shown installed with a new disc, pressure plate and our single mass (weighing 15 pounds):
The transmission and undercarriage is re-installed and in place of the factory exhaust a freer-flowing Remus system is added:

The engine cover is removed to gain access to the stock airbox, plenum and throttle body:
The IPD Plenum and larger throttle body (from the 997GT3) is now installed:
Over to the flashing station where we install our RS350 EVOMSit software calibrated for 91 octane and left-foot braking enabled:
The factory suspension is up next:
Off come the fronts:
In go the rear the Bilsteins and H&R sway bars lowered by 1.5 inches:
Lowered ride height result:
A set of 19 inch HRE P40s in satin charcoal is mounted:
Ready to go home now:
