This photo was taken at the 2011 North American International Auto Show in Detroit. This is one of two possibilities, a new color or an example of Paint to Sample. Hopefully we’ll find out soon. Either way she is beautiful! Also note the decal delete too!

 

Looks like meteor grey (under soft diffuse lighting) to me.

 

Might be, which would be a new color for the Spyder. Nothing shows up on the configurator yet.

UPDATE: Autospies.com posted a better photo of this mysterious Spyder. Some enthusiast suggested that this is Platinum Silver? Apparently Platinum Silver transforms under fluorescent lighting. Personally I have only viewed the color in daylight so I can’t be certain if this is indeed Platinum.

 

I think it looks great.

i highly doubt it's Platinum Silver. Platinum should be very close to the wheel color silver just have a hint of gold in it. now under that lighting condition which appears to be very bright i think that's indeed Meteor Grey, just appears to be lighter than normal under that lighting. there was a RS Greyblack Targa 4S @ LA auto show that looks way brighter than it is under the same type of light.

 

Meteor Grey no doubt!
