As far as I understand it they are planning to introduce a new mid-engined model above the 911 sometime soon... that will probably alleviate the problem

We will be bringing in the rear wing mounts to come up from the center, similar to the 918 RSR. I am also considering lowering the roof line by about 2 inches and increasing the rake of the front windscreen. That could be too much of a pita, but it would look pretty sick, imo.

Rear looks like the Gemballa Avalanche. Please tell your designer to be more original.

The only thing thing similar is the position of the exhaust tips. Unfortunately this is a necessary design in order to accomodate the functional diffuser beneath the car.
