2012 Cayman CS - Confirmed

I don't think so. Look at Cayman S sales - the 911 is till clobbering it, even though the base Carrera and the Cayman S are very close in performance, and the Cayman has the mid-engined chassis. And honestly, I don't know a soul who buys the 911 because it has back seats.
I think the Clubsport will cater to a few who want performance in lieu of comfort (but maybe can't or won't spend the money for a GT3).

Porsche Official Announcement should be coming any day!
Chris: I hope we know about the Cayman R (CS) in the next few days. Last year, Porsche AG officially announced the Boxster Spyder model to the world on November 5th, 2009, two weeks ahead of the LA Auto Show's Spyder introduction. So, we should expect the same if the Cayman R (CS) is scheduled to appear at the LA Auto Show during Press Days starting on Nov 17th. z356 (Carmel)

Why can't Porsche announce it already? Anyone have any connections with Beverly Hills Porsche to find out what the World Premiere will be at the 11/17 VIP viewing party for the LA Auto Show? I certainly hope something will be announced soon!
