Spyder Toxicity One- Black Anodized Forged Alloys USA Wheels Installed

Teamspeed Exclusive. Dedicated to those who share an obsession with reducing unsprung weight. The hub machining and cut-outs are a special "race lightening" treatment. Oh- the scale readout is lbs not kg. Enjoy...much more to come...

Dear God those look hot. Definitely post up some pictures once they are on, and those are crazy light weight. Awesome purchase!

Here is the problem, the anodized finish is SO black, it has been impossible to get a decent photograph! The wheel finish just soaks up all the light and the wheels can't be seen. Freaky.

In person, it is off the hook crazy good. Never know how these combos turn out when seen live but it is almost impossible to take eyes off of it.

I managed one single half decent pic out of fifty taken. Here it is:

Cartel is an unknown quantity at this point
Impressive! What is collective weight savings in these and per corner? Also, have you had the opportunity to utilize the wheels on the track yet?

Thanks to all for the comments!

I need to weigh the stock wheels which I have not yet been able to do as they still have other tires on them. I thought I read somewhere the Spyder style OE wheel was 23lbs f and 26lbs rear, but wish someone could fact-check me on that. So if correct, then 17(2)+18(2)= 70 lbs vs 23(2)+26(2)=98lbs is 70lbs vs 98lbs and a 28lbs unsprung weight/rotating mass savings plus another 35lbs or so for PCCB brakes.

That is huge.

These wheels are "Tech1" ,size/offset/lighening/finish to my personal spec from Forged Alloys USA. One of the strongest, yet lightest wheels in the world.

Yeah, I was kind of stringing everyone along as to manufacturer...lol . Mike Burroughs is the man to order them from, he runs the company. Contact him directly at: mike@forgedalloysusa.com

The good news is the pricing is compelling. The bad news is you must plan at least 3 months to be delivered. Like anything of the highest quality, it is worth the wait.

Have a set of centerlocks about to be delivered for my RS as well.
