Here is a review of one similar to ours:

Review: Neptunus 56' Flybridge - YachtForums.Com

Not that the one in those photos is an earlier hull. Ours is hull #56 and since it is semi-custom it has a number of upgrades that make it much more comfortable to live on for longer periods of time. Among the upgrades are 2 additional freezers, individual satellite receivers in each stateroom (very underestimated upgrade), larger TV in salon, and the optional hardtop which makes the bridge almost into another salon since you are protected from the elements.

The layout on the Neptunus 56 is far superior to anything else you will find on the market. We easily will go on 2-3 week vacations with 5 or 6 people no problem. The euro motoryachts often have very small secondary staterooms with no storage, unusable galleys, and exterior spaces that cannot be used during poor weather. This is a Canadian built boat specifically for the North American market. I have also piloted this boat myself in a variety of conditions and can attest to its seakeeping ability. It will blast through 5-6 foot pounding sea and tackle 12-14 foot swells with little problem.

This is truly a go-anywhere, do-anything boat.

Yes, that is a picture of a picture. The weather was awful last weekend and I can take more this weekend.

Thanks! It is a unique layout that works very well. The nicest part about it is that all of the staterooms are full standing height with high ceilings and the hallway that connects them is tall and rather wide. This makes being belowdecks very pleasant/airy and different from other motoryachts where the downstairs can be dark and dungeon-like.
