stopping by the dealer next week to check it out.
Just to give you an idea. it's not like it's going to be my DD.
It will be a business auto for renting out for weddings and from time to time I might drive it with my family. However, being of southern asian background, no matter what people will think i am the driver (being driven in or being in the back seat). lol. it sucks.

No. Especially not if you live in Cali --it would look weird. The long wheelbase is for that sort of thing, and you see those in Las Vegas --I've been in the Encore/Wynn's and that made sense.
Doubly so if its a Drophead. As the guys on Top Gear put it, unless you're the Queen, the Drophead's meant to be driven. I've logged a thousand miles in one, and it's a dream to cruise in. You really ought to check it out, it captures the essence of a "Land Yacht" (I've driven the Phantom, DHC and Ghost).
So, to summarize, if you're really afraid of looking strange, get a Drophead Coupe or regular Coupe and you'll look perfectly normal as the driver. Everyone I've seen driving a Phantom in Cali was clearly the owner-driver --though you tend to see Phantom Coupe/DHCs more often nowadays.
The Mulsanne is gorgeous, but it's really more of the Bentley rival to the Ghost --that's not to knock it, just put it in context. I love how massive the headlights are; they were meant to hark back to the early Bentleys.
