I know plenty of people w 2006's & up, and never really payed attention to someone else's 04/05 but...

I was browsing eBay and noticed two things about pre-2006 cars:
1. The key resembles an Audi key instead of the heavy chrome Bentley one I am used to...
2. What I refer to as the Engine Start/Stop button says "Global Close" -- what is that ?

2006 was the year for these minor changes ?
