SU-27 "Flanker" Now Flying and For Sale

Excellent heating and cooling.
Once the engine is running you have instant heat from bleed air off the engine. The heat can go to 330F and the controller must be working or you get burned. Same with air conditioning, it is excellent and must be after looking at the all glass canopy. It gets very hot in the summer and the aircraft has cool air directly into and through the pilot clothes.

Not at all. When flying this type aircraft cross country you would be under Air Traffic Control and all would know who, what, and where you are going.
You would never get within three miles of another aircraft.
If you are just going up to "play" which means formation flying, precision air work or simulated dog fighting, you would also be under control of Air traffic Control. with the extreme maneuvering/climb speeds you would block an area to play in. ATC again knows you and what you are.
All aircraft are limited to 250kts air speed below 10,000 feet and must be ATC controlled above 18,000 feet. This type of aircraft is limited to air show and exhibitions, with special rules to allow it to travel between shows. All is very much controlled by the aircraft license issued by the FAA.
I must tell you, living in America, being a citizen of a free country we enjoy the freedom of earning the wealth, and spending it on toys we feel like.
Whether it is owning a Mach 2 fighter or an arsenal of weapons we are so fortunate.
