The really impressive parts are not the (lack of) altitude and speed, but the very small and rapid course corrections while he's in mostly open areas, to avoid small trees and logs and such. Knowing where the rotor ends and the crash begins to that degree is flat out awesome talent. That guy's probably got 10+k hours in rotorcraft.
