In fact... I think that our SBD (the only one flying) is up in your neck of the woods right now.
Should you find yourself down here at any point, I can take you to the hanger, you pick a plane, get in.
Dude, there is nothing like having one of the guys that flew these things during the war, at the stick.
I got broken in by a former WW2 Luftwaffe pilot in the T6. He was a bit drunk... should say that out loud... none the less, he wanted to show me how to strafe a run way, and damned if it he didn't do it.
Back in the day, we used to be hangered at a fly in community south of Atlanta. So he buzzed the runway of a fly in community, talk about fun...
