If the sedan (Audi?) driver isn't able to decide how much time he has after looking at oncoming traffic and checking to see how far they are/how quickly they are approaching, then I think it is his fault. Part of driving well is judging distance, speed and time of arrival of oncoming traffic especially when making a left turn...This would be a tough call, but in the end, whoever has to pay, all that's important is that all drivers/passengers walked away.

IMO, it is more the Mazda's driver. Yeah, the Aventador was going fast. But like someone above me said, you have to be able to judge speed. And from the looks of it, I don't think the Mazda even looked. You can't just turn and not look.
