Lighting system is useless, front lifter is a must especially if you live in an area where there are speed bumps. Hi-fi sound system is ok, but any premium aftermarket stereo system would be better.

Front lifter is useful if you're going to drive around in a city.
The CF parts look good and save some weight but I don't know if they are really necessary, too expensive if you ask me.
Hi-fi sound system when you have a Ferrari V8 engine is useless

Congrats on your choices!
As far as the 458 options definitely get the lifter and updgraded aound system. Anytime I purchase a vehicle I be sure to get the better sound system. Having the proper sound in any car makes it more enjoyable IMO.
