Can't wait for the full video as well; my vote leans towards the Aventador.

 

Agreed... as much as I love the aventador, if I had to pick one, I'd go LFA.

Let's face it, they are both incredible machines that will provide incredible driving enjoyment, so the performance between the two really shouldn't factor into the decision. they have more ability than 99.9% of owners will ever be able to use fully.

LFA
+unmatched sound
+exclusive, rare, limited
+unmistakable unique look
+unlikely to be followed up with another model

Aventador
-its the first base model in what will be a ~10 year run
-will become faily common (in supercar terms) like a murci soon
-will be followed by many upgraded variations (would you buy a first year murci now?)
-value will plummet for above reasons (would not a factor to me, but important to some)

 

To summarise the above, you would go for show and no go.

LFA is 100% no go for that money. And you get to tell people you drive a Toyota.

 

The LFA does sound amazing but for the money I would take the Aventador hands down it sounds even better! Not to mention no one is going to park that toyota up front ask a GTR owner...

 

I can't be rational when discussing the LFA, it makes no sense to me.

 

I am not saying I would take it at that money, but you need to respect that car. A lot of tech, well built, and godly exhaust. For that money. I'd get a GTO.
