This concept has been around longer than the Lotus Esprit Concept. This concept was revealed around September 13, 2010 while the Esprit Concept was revealed September 30, 2010.

This car is lame. Wait 'til you see the car I'm building. The Gemini will have TWO 800-cubic-inch quad-turbo V16's, each producing 3005 horsepower. Zero to sixty will be under one second, with a top speed of 470 mph. Body and chassis design will be by Leonardo da Vinci. If you send me a non-refundable deposit of $400,000, I'll reserve you one of the 30 car run. Of course, it won't be road or race legal anywhere, but that's never bothered anybody before.

Beat me to it, when I saw it on the first page, that was my thoughts exactly, a Lotus Esprit with a body kit.
