Should I buy and LP640 or LP560 Spyder?

In reply to the OP LP640 for me, because if you get a LP560 you will be really happy until the day you pull up along side a Murcielago then you'll think "F**k, I bought the wrong car".

I've got the 640 coupe and Superleggera - in my opinion if I had the choice of only the 2. I would take the Gallardo in a heartbeat. It has been far more maintenance free and easier to drive on a more frequent basis.

The Murci has huge blind spots and the turning circle of an ox wagon. It is still a phenomenal car, but when you live with both - it's more clear which is the better car to have as the choice of the two.

Here speaks a man with the knowledge of ownership I will alas never have. Think I'd still take all the drawbacks and go for the LP640 if I had the opportunity.

If you are buying cars from that point of view, you're buying them for the wrong reason.

I would much rather buy a car that I can use more frequently than lack there of due to impracticality.
