Agreed, but it makes me sick that things have to come to this to get the necessary attention. Whatever happened to good customer service.

 

That truly is very sad, and I couldn't have done it! But, as it has been said, it has got his point across and I'm sure Lambo will be far from happy regarding the publicity... Fair play to him for making a stand and having a very public voice regarding his consumer rights.

 

Trust me, they are aware of unhappy customers. Things will change.

Am I the only one who questions this?? ...not for the matter of destroying a beautiful Gallardo- but the entire story! This cars engine did not start on November 29th 2010... it was purchased 6 months prior. Notice the Cassiopeia Wheels, the non-LP560 bumper, the non-LP560 Headlights, and the badges? This is obviously a pre-owned car circa 04-06.

I have no idea what the exact story was, but our customer service is always put first, as it is with all of the Lamborghini Dealers I have been in contact with.

I would never do that regardless of how angry I was. I also don't understand how you could do something like that in public where people can get hurt.

I definitely wouldn't lose it like that even if I did have the money! At least he did it for a reason, rather than just destroying it for fun

Germans are only marginally better.
