What ever happened to selling a car?

 

I would LOVE if someone noticed later on that there was some little insignificant problem with it - like the immobilizer just acting up ... or a fuse to the starter had blown. How do you say D'OH! in Chinese?

 

What a waste and unnecessary!

 

He said he wanted a Bang and Olufsen stereo... I guess they only heard Bang!

 

Sometimes you just have to get your point across, and apparently this guy had the financial resources to do so and was obviously not going to get satisfactory resolution with the channels and avenues already travelled.

When it comes to customer service, two pretty basic core principals always exist in my mind:

1. Under promise and over deliver
2. Within reason, the customer is just about always right

 

Well he got world wide coverage and I bet Lambo corp will be speaking to that service department right away!

 

He should be shot

 

You should be banned.

 

No matter what, I hope Lamborghini S.p.A takes notes!!!
