Another question I have is, does the 6 spd MT take the power/more power than the E-gear?

I believe they have to make some adjustments to the egear on 04-08 cars.

The mechanical workings (clutch, etc) are identical between the 2 transmissions. Heck they're not different transmissions at all, just different actuation mechanisms.

gvan thanks for the info. I'm relatively new to the Lambo experience. Been Porsche (GT3 and RS) all the way for motorsport/tracking and M5 for a fast family cruiser. Now am totally overwhelmed by the Gallardo/SL and really want it especially the TTG mod level.
Do you know the explanation for the different placement of the turbos between Heffner and Underground?

I'm afraid that while I'm very knowledgeable about the standard cars I'm afraid I don't really know too much about the turbo setups. There doesn't seem to be much difference in the power outputs so I'm guessing it's just design preference. I'm sure the exhaust manifolds are designed in consequence to each application.

While being a complete Lambo nut, I'm still itching to try a GT3 one day.

I agree. Heffner's kit just looks much better IMHO......especially after the bumper goes back on.

Can't wait to see the close up 50/50 and direct sun shots.

Such a rare car, should be EPIC!

Joe, If Matt and Eddie don't have any pics all you have to do is pull it out into the sun and take some shots. I'm sure you have a decent camera.

Looking forward to pics.

Are you the same "JoeZ" who used to have a modified BMW Z3 (circa 2003-2004) with an LS1?
