Geneva launch is confirmed, its in stone. If delay will happen it will be just for a month or so, if there were talks about early June delivery, it could happen in mid-July instead, but lets not forget that there could be no delay at all if they fix everything in time.

 

Ha ha, if this car isnt shown at Geneva I might just wait till I see one on the road

I'm sure it will be ok for Geneva, for one thing we've seen a number of different coloured cars in the viewings already. So guys, don't get worked up about Geneva. I'm more interested, having put down money, in any information about issues affecting deliveries. As I said in my original post, I'd seen reports on public forums which I wasn't sure were true, and there seem to be some well informed folks on here, eg. D55L.

 

Just that I heard that it took 3 months for the paint issue to show up on a painted LP700. So if they are trying to fix it, it would still take 3 months to see if the solution works - or not. If not, they're gonna have to start all over again..

 

Thanks Andrew. Yes, Geneva lauch will not be affected in any case. Again, there are talks about possible delay, but nothing is official and the delivery date isn't set in stone yet.

 

Word is there will be 3 LP700s in Geneva

 

Apparently the new Matt Brown will also be there
