Talked to one UK dealer today about Murcie successor. Offical name is still unknown, as well as the official weight and dimensions. The most important news I heard from this person is:

Murcielago successor is absolutely new project, there are absolutely no part shared with Murcielago and Gallardo, not even a single part. At least that is what he told me.

Its too early to speak about sure details of F152 as for now, Ferrari is focusing of F151 or 612 replacement to be presented at next Geneva auto show and on Enzo successor also to be presented in a year and half time. We will have more details when active testing will start in about a year time.

Lambo has said all along that the V12 would be a completely new developement and not another modification of the old engine which was first used in the Miura.
Anything else than a completely new V12 engine would be contradicitve to everything they have said so far so I don't even know why we are doubting it...

a copy of my post on lambopower.:
I went to the show yesterday, nothing interresting at all! waste of time!
went to the lambo stand, and the only info they have on the new murcie is that it has 700hp, no info on weight, and the VIP unveiling is 8 or 9th november. i'll be there, anyone else going???
lambo boss also had a picture of the car to show, but when i came he was not there... the traffic in Paris was crazy so i came like really really late.

also the lambo guys said that the concept HAS NO CHANCE of making it to production...

(i have already made the deposit for the new car and my delivery is due before june. the guys at lambo at paris show confirmed it. also my car should be one of the very first)

And its better for them, as I was told technically it is possible to make an exclusive run, but it will all those cutting edge tech need years of testing and car needs to be homologated somehow. Also I doubt about demand. Also, to build 999 kg heavy concept is not so impossible, but to develop a 999 kg production car seems to me like something far from reality, may be after years of testing, but not now.

Also have recieved one more tip about Murcielago successor today from L-guy inside:

All new project. Not a single screw shared with previous cars

Thanks for the info. Congratulations on being one of the first lucky ones to get the new car. I fully expect pictures and a write up of the car when you get it.

Do I even need to thank you anymore for all your great info? Seriously though, I always appreciate your insight.

oh, and i forgot to mention: the alcantra leather interior will not be available at launch, also the car has the "lifting system" just like the current murcie (so i was told) which is great news for me!

Congrats. I'm also putting a deposit down for one of the first cars c June.
Seems Lambo are limiting the initial numbers too.
Base price here around CHF 450k, so cheaper than the SV
