I'm glad we picked these up to offer our customers. They are sooooo much better than the older nonHD ones. The brought to the table all the things we wanted in the old version. Looked like a fun drive! im suffering from winter here too. Luckily the Evos AWD and reasonable price make it plenty of fun to toss into snowy corners

Your welcome. I'll be posting up a new video we made today with our new project 911.

I hope those snowy corners you're talking about have plenty of runoff. We were kind of worried around the top of the mountain where there was so much snow piled up along the road, because with those corners some slush or runoff melt and re-freeze could mean a loooooong drop! I'm ready for spring!

Don't you find mounting the camera inside the car is better.

You get great shots and a bit better sound.

Thoughts?

Haven't tried it yet, but I have hard time seeing the shots being better unless you mounted it directly on the windshield or something. Otherwise your field of view is much more limited.

If you want to convert them to .avi or .mpg you can download a free program here

If you want to edit them you should try Quicktime Pro. It's a small update for the Quicktime player that allows you to do simple edits like trim and cut.

For more options you should try Sony Vegas Movie Studio

I edited the link. Should work now.

If it still doesn't work, google for "Pazera free mp4 to avi".

I use Sony Vegas for all video editing. Very easy to learn.

As for the GoPro, I'm waiting for a remote microphone option ... sound is just unusable on a bike, even with the little flap door shut.
