Was it the white folks that shot up the St James church and murdered a bunch of people just worshipping?

Was it a white leader who helped hid the arms of the terrorists who shot up the church?

The old govt was racist, but the new govt is ALSO racist.

The difference is that the new govt couldn't run a country if their lives depend on it.

Kind of like the "kill the whitey" Zimbabwe white farmers' farm confiscation by the new black govt. How is that working out?

Tribalism leads to corruption and favortism. Until that part of the African culture is fixed, or the European descent Africans get back into power, these new govts will continue to run Africa into the gound with rampant corruption and crime.
