That's the local goverment for you. They are "civil servants", but they wear D&G, Prada and drive exotic sports cars. Is it the same in the US?
You hardly ever see Lambo's here. The local press don't have a clue at all when it comes to cars. The called the Gallardo a Murcielago a few times in previous articles (unrelated to this one).

Newsflash, just because you are anti apartheid and would not give up violent overthrow of the old govt doesn't mean you can:
1. Run a country
2. Not run it like every other corrupted African country.
3. Respect the rule of law

for those of you that have a poor memory or know nothing about SA history Nelson Mandela went to prison for more tham 27 years bean labled a terrorist by the then racist goverment and the owner of BOTH the cars on thi Blog is Romeo Mbambo a Respected business man who Killed 6 people yet the are former police commander that killed like a Hundred more BLACK south africans fighting for political freedom he might have been convicted of killing people who supported my political party but i dont hold that against him he came before the TRC and was aquitted kudos to him an yung SA citizens like me and him who own Luxury Cars n Boats etc

Unfortunately, credit will never be given to the old govt that actually ran South Africa pretty well becaues of their morally reprehensible Apartheid policy.
