Quick question

I was watching the dark knight last night and every time i do i almost cry when his lambo get t-boned. I was just wondering if they used a real murcielago for that scene? if they did thats a shame

Yeah it does suck, I can only assume the "wreck" model was shoddily built or perhaps a previous test mule. Who knows if it even had the real drivetrain/interior.

Im pretty sure they mostly use real cars for movie scenes.
I guess that is one the reasons movies budgets are up in the $millions.
They had if i am correct, 5 identical Ferraris 575's for the movie Bad Boys II.

Actually IIRC, they used both 550's and 575's, they probably thought no one could tell them apart.

ye i also read that they used a real LP640 for this scene.... such a shame......I screamed out loud when i saw this scene in the cinema

you would think that they would just buy test mules or abused ones for those scenes but i guess not. hollywood does whatever it wants im afraid
