Are you on TPC Sugarloaf? I like those big southern colonials, and the Lambo firing up early morning would be a real treat.

Thanks! So I had a low profile jack and was ready to switch the wheels and realized there's no obvious jackpoint. I'm nervous about working on this car, i don't want to mess it up. Someone told me the titanium lugs are $2,000 for a set so I'm being extra careful with them.

I found out where to jack it up so I'll try again this weekend.

 

I believe the titanium lugs are Euro spec cars only. They also got the nicer seats.

 

I knew about the CF seats in the Euro version but not the lack of titanium lugs. Either way I'm being extra careful when I take these wheels off.

 

Can't wait to see the car with the factory wheels, and you can get powdercoat in any color you want

 

So you popped those better looking wheels back on yet?

 

Not yet. I just found out where the correct jack points are.

In more exciting news, I took the SL out for a long and spirited drive (with a cop) and it was amazing, I love the car even more now. In sport mode at full throttle the shifts are downright violent. With each shift the car throws you back into your seat and before you can catch your breath you're shifting into the next gear and the next one.

Thinking about it gets me excited for the next drive. I am thoroughly impressed with this machine.

P.S. - The attention factor is crazy. Everything everyone said was true, people speeding up to catch a glimpse, slowing down to see it go by, cell phone cameras, people giving you thumbs up. I feel like a celebrity. lol
