Photo from the Tacoma Twilight Criterium pro race where my car was the official final race pace car. I did ten laps- speeds were between about 30 uphill and about 45 down in sprints. Last lap was very fast as I had to get behind everyone in time to park. Lots of fun!

Extreme pedal power followed by another level of extreme peddle power and then add to this with your gal being green this should have kept the "Green Peace" folks happy too.
