If u think back to the countach then that was overdone compared to a lp640. Since being owned by audi they have almost lost there crazyiness With the lp670-4 sv they are going back to the insane marque they used to be

I don't really understand your point of view. What makes the LP670 SV so crazy compared to a LP640 and why wasn't the LP640 crazy enough? The only "crazy" thing about the SV is the way it looks but everything else about the car is simply improved, just the way the Murci was and improvement compared to the Diablo. Imo the Murci had a sick design when it first came out and is still today one of the most stunning Lambos ever. In 50 years the Murci will be just as legendary as the Diablo or Miura.

The only thing that bothers me about the SV is that most of the aggressive aero is in black and you lose all the detail of it. I wonder what an SV would look like if the whole thing was body color.

Simple solution to that, get a black one

The LP670SV is the last "hoorah" of the Murcielago/LP640. The car is getting completely redesigned and this is the last variation of it, and they wanted to send it out with a bang. Personally, I'd buy it.

Indeed. With the weight loss, extra power, and styling changes, it all adds up to something pretty special. You definately notice the difference to a standard LP640-4
